Everything you need to know before booking your self-drive car
You need a valid driving licence (minimum 1 year old), a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card or passport), and a refundable security deposit. For outstation trips, carry a copy of the booking confirmation as well.
Yes. A refundable deposit of ₹2,000–₹5,000 is collected at pickup depending on the car category. It is returned within 24–48 hours after the vehicle is handed back in the same condition.
Absolutely. Daily, weekend, and monthly rentals allow outstation travel anywhere in India. Hourly rentals are restricted to Bhopal city limits only.
You must be at least 22 years of age with a valid driving licence that is at least 1 year old. Students (enrolled in school) are not eligible.
No. Fuel is not included. The vehicle is provided at a specific fuel level and must be returned at the same level. A top-up charge is applied if the fuel level is lower on return.
We allow a 1-hour grace period. Beyond that, overtime charges are applied on a pro-rata hourly basis. Please call us in advance if you need to extend your rental.
Yes. All our vehicles carry comprehensive insurance. In the event of an accident, standard insurance terms apply and the customer is liable for the agreed deductible as per the policy.
Free cancellation is available up to 6 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 6 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the rental amount.
